Pricing

Prices are shown as a base price or a total price. The base price includes all material and labor, including stone setting charges. It does not include the price of stones. If you are supplying your own stones the base price may cover all costs.

All bracelet prices shown are for the standard length listed on each styles description page. Please contact me if you would like a quote for lengths and carat weights not listed.

Prices are currently based on a gold price of $900. A significant change in the cost of gold will result in adjusted prices for finished pieces.

Orders

Order Placement

After selection of a design and stones for a piece, I will send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. This email will list the specifications of the piece decided upon. Review the order information closely and contact me by phone or email if anything is not described exactly as you wish it to be, or if there seems to be any misunderstanding at all about the order.


Method of Payment

I accept checks, payment by credit card – through Google Checkout, and wire transfers.


Shipping

We offer free overnight shipping on all orders. Pieces may be shipped via FedEx, UPS or the U.S. Postal Service, depending upon rates. If you have a preference, please let us know.


Guarantee and Returns

I take pride in my work and do everything I can to insure that the customers purchase experience is 100% positive. I guarantee my pieces to be free of defects in materials and workmanship and that they are made to the specifications agreed upon. I offer differing guarantee policies depending on your method of purchase.

  • •  Made to order pieces – I provide a 30 day return policy on items made to order. If there is a defect with the item, I will either replace the item, or refund 100% of the total sale. If there is no defect, and the item was built as per the work order, shipping charges will not be refunded and a restocking charge of 20% may apply.

  • •  Custom designs or work set with your stones – These pieces are made to customers specifications or with customers materials and are not subject to return. I work closely with people on custom pieces, supplying drawings, photos, samples etc. to make sure they will be happy with their purchase and not "surprised" in any way.

Stones

These pieces may be made with your stones or I can provide them. Some of the designs are very well suited to mixed sizes, others work best with a group of the same size. Most of the designs are adaptable to sizes other than those listed. Stone size and weight suggestions are listed on each piece's description page.

I've set many of these designs with sapphires, rubies, cubic zirconia, and others. Please contact me if you have questions about the suitability of your stones for use in any piece.

Gold

14 kt pink, 18 kt yellow, 18 kt white

For the most part I work in 14 or 18 karat gold, yellow and white. Twenty-two karat yellow is employed in some pieces for it's rich yellow color. I also like 14 karat pink gold for some pieces. If you would like something made in a pink, green or peach colored gold alloy – just ask.

While we're able to reuse stones from your old pieces of jewelry, it is generally a bad practice to reuse the gold from these items directly in the casting of a new piece. I can, however take your gold in for recycling and credit you for it's value.

Measuring for Length

The length of a bracelet of this type is not extremely critical, however a good fit should be achieved to insure comfort for the wearer and a long life for the bracelet. Seven inches length seems to work well for most wrists. A somewhat loose fit is desired, but not so loose that there may be a danger of it snagging objects. A general guide is that there should be room enough to slip a finger between the bracelet and your wrist without pulling on the bracelet.
